Independent measurements confirmed the reduction in VOC emissions
- Measurements were carried out by an accredited testing laboratory
- Organic emissions are well below the regulatory limit
- We are moving in the right direction
Our efforts to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions are delivering measurable results. Following the optimization of our coating system, we reported a reduction in VOC emissions of more than 42%. This positive outcome has now been independently verified through an authorized emissions measurement conducted by the accredited testing laboratory EKO-TERM SERVIS.
The measurements carried out in our paint shop confirmed compliance with all monitored emission limits. The average concentration of Total Organic Carbon (TOC), the parameter used to assess emissions of organic substances, was 98 mg/m³, significantly below the applicable emission limit of 200 mg/m³.
The measurement results confirmed :
compliance of TOC emissions with the applicable requirements
very low emissions of particulate matter
compliance with limits for all other monitored pollutants
the effectiveness of our approach toward more environmentally responsible production
We consider these results to be clear confirmation that our technological improvements and the use of high-solids coating materials are making a real difference. We are on the right track and will continue optimizing our manufacturing processes.
